To ask Her Majesty's Government, following the Advisory Opinion of 25 February from the International Court of Justice on the legal consequences of the separation of the Chagos Archipelago from Mauritius in 1965, what assessment they have made of the compensation they may be required to pay to the government of Mauritius to allow Chagossians who wish to return to the archipelago to be resettled.
